Hottest New Golf Club Launches in 2025

The research and development guys at today’s equipment companies never sleep. While we’ve been out enjoying the 2025 golf season, they’ve been toiling away at their workstations and in their labs developing better-performing clubs of all kinds. Some manufacturers hold off on new product introductions until the annual PGA Merchandise Show in January, but others have more frequent launch schedules. Because it’s always golf season somewhere. And no matter what you hear, you actually may be able to buy a better golf game.

Here’s a list of some of the top new club launches from the latter half of 2025. Whether you’re looking for a new set of irons, a putter, driver, or other new weapon to add to your arsenal, chances are you’ll find something intriguing on this list.

PING i240 Irons

PING’s new i240 irons have only been out a few weeks, but they’ve already earned kudos for what they’re bringing to the late-season party. The i240 was designed for better players who are looking for precision and control but with the forgiveness and game-improvement features of a perimeter-weighted, cavity-back club. Their innovative, multi-material cavity badge and activated elastomer insert save 8.5 grams of discretionary weight compared to the previous i230 model—weight that PING put to good use. They relocated it to lower the center of gravity (CG) and boost the moment of inertia (MOI), especially in the long- and mid-irons, resulting in a higher launch, greater distance, and an 11 percent reduction in dispersion for improved accuracy. Based on Tour player feedback, PING engineers gave these irons fewer and wider grooves, to impart more spin from the fairway for better control and stopping power on the greens. Available with custom fitting options including Standard, Power Spec (stronger lofts for distance), and Retro Spec (weaker lofts for higher trajectory), the i240s represent yet another step forward for a company that built its business on innovation. Tour Edge Exotics Max Driver

The Tour Edge Exotics line is where you’ll see the company showcasing its latest tech, and that’s certainly the case with their new Exotics Max driver, a 460cc, ultra-high MOI club designed to give players of any ability max forgiveness. The clubhead’s frame is titanium, but the crown and sole are lightweight carbon fiber, so the Tour Edge designers could move that weight to lower the CG, boost stability, and optimize launch. Its all-new face, backed by what Tour Edge calls Pyramid technology, helps deliver higher ball speeds from more places on the face—so it delivers strong performance even on mishits. An adjustable 18-gram weight lets you customize it further for your swing. Tour Edge has long been known for delivering a lot of technology and performance for the money; the new Max driver builds on that tradition. (BUY NOW)

Mizuno MX Speed Metal Irons

Mizuno’s MX Speed Metal irons, an evolution of their Hot Metal line and return of its MX designator, are designed to push the limits of distance and forgiveness—all in a club that has a clean, confidence-inspiring appearance. Built with Mizuno’s advanced SpeedFrame technology and featuring low-center tungsten weighting for a deeper CG, these irons were made to deliver explosive ball speeds, higher launch angles, and more consistent stopping power on greens—along with the solid feel that Mizuno irons are famous for. Their seamless, one-piece, 360-degree cup face with refined CORTECH geometry expands the sweet spot across the face both vertically and horizontally to help generate maximum ball speed, even on off-center strikes. Their perimeter weighting is tuned for added control, forgiveness, and a solid, Tour-preferred feel. (BUY NOW)

COBRA Baffler Combo Set

The new COBRA Baffler Combo Set hearkens back to the legendary COBRA Bafflers of the ‘70s, one of golf’s earlier hybrids, but with 21st century tech built in. L.A.B. OZ.1i HS Putter

L.A.B.’s OZ.1i HS putter is its first heel-shafted design. Like L.A.B.’s other putters, it’s designed to take advantage of its lie angle balance technology to reduce torque and keep the putter face online better. The goal: help you make a more consistent, repeatable stroke with minimal effort and deliver a square face at impact. The OZ.1i HS is 100 percent CNC milled from 6061 aircraft aluminum and features a 303 stainless steel face insert, providing a firmer, Tour-preferred feel. L.A.B. reengineered the head chassis with a proprietary aluminum “riser” to maintain the precise balance point in the new heel-shafted configuration. Available in stock and custom options with various alignment aids and the brand’s Press Grips, the OZ.1i HS is designed to make putting as easy as picking the right line and speed. Ever since J.J. Spaun won the U.S. Open in dramatic fashion with a L.A.B. putter, sales of their putters have been sizzling. (BUY NOW)

Titleist T-Series Irons

Titleist irons have been the most-played irons on Tour for years, and their latest T-Series clubs should expand their market even further. This family of irons is comprised of the next- generation T100, T150, T350, the brand-new T250 (built from the ground up to be Titleist’s newest player’s distance iron), and the even higher-launching T250 Launch Spec. The T100 has a new muscle channel in the 3- and 4-irons to raise launch and peak height, while its new Variable Face Thickness, lower CG, and progressive groove design conspire to tighten up front-to-back distance dispersion. The T150 shares a lot of the same improvements, including the new progressive grooves and VFT design, but with a slightly bigger body, stronger lofts, and an improved muscle channel in the mid- to long-irons. The all-new T250 features a thicker topline and wider sole than the T100 and T150 models for added confidence at address while still retaining that classic, T-Series player-preferred look. Made with high-strength steel, their forged L-Face construction, lower CG, and V-Taper design improve ball speed and elevate launch on off-center and low-face strikes for more consistent distance and peak heights. The T250 Launch Spec irons feature lighter heads and even more loft to give players with slower swing speeds easier launch and increased carry distances. Finally, there’s the T350, with the largest clubhead in the family, the fastest face, and the deepest CG. It’s both a T-Series iron and a game improvement club, so you could say it offers the best of both worlds. (BUY NOW)

Callaway Opus SP Wedges

Callaway’s new Opus SP Wedges feature “Spin Pocket” technology, a re-engineered two-piece construction that, among other things, redistributes weight higher in the head. By raising the CG, this design promotes a lower, more penetrating launch for enhanced spin and control, particularly on higher-lofted shots. The Opus SPs are cast irons, but they’re equipped with a new forged Spin Gen 2.0 Face, which includes more aggressive groove angles and a deeper laser-milled pattern for increased friction and consistent stopping power from a variety of lies. They’re available in five grind options—T, C, S, W, and X. And they come in both satin chrome and black shadow finishes. (BUY NOW)

EVNROLL Z Series Putters

Evnroll’s new Z series putters have been designed to help get you as close as possible to zero torque with your putting stroke. They’ve been engineered to provide improved stability and accuracy by fundamentally eliminating face rotation during the putting stroke. This is achieved through Evnroll’s patented FaceForward Technology, which utilizes an unconventional reverse-offset hosel to align the shaft with the putter head’s center of mass, resulting in a putter face that remains more square to the target line throughout the swing path. The Series includes the Z.1, a high-MOI mallet with a ball-sized alignment hole; the Z2S, a wide-body blade; and the Z5S, a full-sized winged mallet. (BUY NOW)

Callaway X Forged Irons

Callaway’s X Forged irons are a pure player’s iron crafted from a single piece of 1020 carbon steel for a soft, responsive feel and maximum workability. Designed with feedback from Callaway’s Tour players, they’re the latest in Callaway’s offerings for low-handicap golfers who prioritize precision and control and don’t need help achieving added distance. They have a clean, Tour-preferred look at address with a thin topline, compact head shape, and minimal offset. In other words, that sweet, pure blade appearance. But they’re actually a cavity-back club, so you do get some perimeter weighting, which aids in forgiveness without sacrificing workability. They feature a new sole design, too—a tri-level sole designed to improve turf interaction and serve up more consistent strikes from a variety of lies. (BUY NOW)

Titleist GT1 3Tour Fairway Wood

Earlier this year, Titleist introduced the GT280, a mini driver that can also work wonders from the fairway. Their newest fairway wood, the GT1 3Tour, comes at it from the opposite direction. The GT1 3Tour is a strong (14.5-degree) 3-wood whose design also makes it a great option for tee shots. Who’s it best suited for? Low- to mid-handicap players who are looking for a fairway wood that delivers lower spin with high MOI in a club with a confidence-building, slightly oversized clubhead. The GT1 3Tour has a shallow face, so its CG sits nice and low. Adjustable weights in the front and back let you further optimize your launch angle, spin rate, and ball speed. It produces a penetrating flight with a flatter trajectory than its GT1 fairway cousin but features the same seamless thermoform crown and forged L-Cup face that have made Titleist’s entire GT line such a big hit with players of every ability. PING PLD AS Putters

The new PING PLD (Putting Lab Design) Milled AS putters are good choices for anyone seeking enhanced stability and consistency on the green. The “AS” stands for “Alternative Style,” and the series includes three distinct models, all based on the high-MOI Oslo mallet shape. Each is precision-milled from a solid block of forged 303 stainless steel, a meticulous process taking over four hours to ensure exact shaping and give them their premium look and feel. Each features a shallow-milled face pattern, engineered to deliver a firmer, Tour-preferred response for consistent ball speed control. The Oslo L is a broomstick-style putter designed to promote a true pendulum stroke and minimize wrist hinge for maximum stability. The Oslo CB is a counterbalance model, featuring a longer grip and heavier head. And the Oslo C is a standard-length, center-shafted putter with zero offset, which will appeal to players who prefer that kind of setup. All models feature a contrasting alignment line for a confidence-inspiring look at address. (BUY NOW)
