Vero Beach, Fla.
There’s living, then there’s living grand. Over the last three decades, Grand Harbor Golf & Beach Club has been the premier private club in Vero Beach, famous for its golden-sand beaches, rich history, and quiet sophistication. The celebrated club has reached even greater heights thanks to the ownership of its members and the support of its top-notch management team.

Nestled among a picturesque landscape of mature oaks and private wetlands, with water views along the Indian River Lagoon, Grand Harbor just completed renovations on its two award-winning golf courses, has put a world-class culinary team in place to serve outstanding cuisine, and added pickleball courts to a reinspired tennis complex that hosts the Vero Beach International Tennis Open in January, a USTA Pro Circuit Tournament that features top-ranked Women’s Tennis Association players.
Discovering the grand life starts with golf at Grand Harbor. The newly completed, extensive renovation of the Harbor Course, originally designed by Pete Dye in 1989, was undertaken by Chris Lutzke, one of Dye’s top disciples and part of the team that first built the course. A tradition-inspired layout that can be traced to the historic Scottish-links style of tiered greens, undulating fairways, and deep pot bunkers, the Harbor Course has been lovingly restored. Lutzke also renovated the Joe Lee-designed River Course, which weaves seamlessly through salt marshes, along the Intracoastal Waterway, and around the residential island.
Off the course, members enjoy a slice of paradise at the Beach Club, which recently underwent an impressive $3 million renovation. Located on one of the Treasure Coast’s finest private beaches, the oceanfront club is perfect for enjoying a long walk on the sand, soaking up the sunshine on a Grand Harbor beach chair, taking a dip in the pool, or grabbing a tropical-inspired meal. A 144-slip marina inside its gates is further proof that Grand Harbor offers only the finest amenities.
Memberships in a variety of categories (available whether you live inside or outside the community) provide entry to the club’s relaxed, yet luxurious, lifestyle. Whether your passion is golf, racket sports, or simply enjoying a sensational social atmosphere, living Grand has never been better!
