Mouth-watering list. Kudos! Tamarack is an amazing place to getaway and play golf among other things. Haven’t played the course since it has been renovated and keen to do so. If anyone reading this here has, please share your thoughts. Another worthy under-the-radar golf destination with something new to explore is Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel, which has recently opened the Circling Raven Golf Suites. Now players can play year-round in snowy Northern Idaho. Named after the golf course there, designed by Gene Bates, it’s one of those places that gratifies time and again. It gets in your soul through its serene, gorgeous setting and memorable holes / excellent conditions. Highly recommend!
The Arizona Biltmore is my favorite hotel on the planet !!! It is a very special place-pricey though! An architectural Frank Lloyd wright inspired wonder. We have stayed many times since 1986. Respectfully however, even after a recent clubhouse and course redesign, the golf courses themselves are nothing special. Still worth a stay for sure, and of course you can access tons of other Phoenix/Scottsdale courses from the Biltmore location.
