The USGA’s proposed rollback of U-shaped grooves won’t start until 2010, so there’s no need to change now. Here are three square-groove wedges that will put some extra spin into your chips and pitches.

The grooves’ larger volume results in more clubface contact with the ball, while the classic look appeals to purists.
